3. Acquisition and Catalogue Processing of Monographs: Carries out centralized acquisition of books, special editions, dissertations, microphotographs, microcards for the library collection of the Academy. Processes the acquired books, special editions, dissertations, microphotographs, microcards; creates and organizes the central alphabetical catalogues of the above mentioned publications.

4. Acquisition and Catalogue Processing of Periodicals: Carries out centralized acquisition of periodicals for the library collection of the Academy.

5. Classification ans Indexing of Library Documents: Classifies the acquired library documents, creates and organizes the central systematic catalogues.

6. International Exchange Division: Carries out international and national exchange of academic publications for the library collection of the Academy.
